Bernard Liautaud is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for nlyte Software, the leading provider of data center performance management solutions.

Prior to nlyte Software, Bernard Liautaud founded Business Objects in 1990 and was CEO for 15 years then Chariman until January 2008.  With 6,700 employees, 45,000 customers and $1.5 billion of revenue in 2007, Business Objects was the world leader in Business Intelligence and one of the 15 largest software companies in the world.  Business Objects was the first European software IPO on Nasdaq in 1994.  In January 2008, Business Objects was acquired by SAP for $6.8 billion, making it the third largest software acquisition at the time.

Bernard is now a member of the SAP Supervisory Board and its strategy committee.  He is also a member of Cap Gemini's board and its strategy committee.  He has received a number of distinctions including "Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur" in 2007 in France, Time Magazine Europe's Digital Top 25 and BusinessWeek Stars of Europe 0f 2002, Top 10 CEOs in North America by Chief Executive Magazine in 2001.

Bernard holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur, Ecole Centrale de Paris and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Jon Temple - President & Chief Executive Officer | Print |  E-mail
Jon Temple is the President and CEO of nlyte Software.  Jon is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for nlyte Software as well as managing all day-to-day operations.  Jon brings more than 20 years' experience in the software industry and has an impressive track record of leading and accelerating the growth of emerging software companies.

Prior to nlyte Software, Jon served as President of Worldwide Operations for LiveOps, where he managed the company’s transition from a pure call center outsourcing organization to a Software as a Service (SaaS) technology company and also helped expand their network of call center agents to over 20,000.

Prior to LiveOps, Jon served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Hyperion where he managed a global team of over 2,000, grew company revenues to nearly $1 billion and helped orchestrate the successful $3.3 billion acquisition of Hyperion by Oracle in 2007.

Prior to Hyperion, Jon was CEO of a privately held firm Above All Software and also spent 12 years at Business Objects in a variety of executive sales and operational leadership positions, most recently as SVP and General Manager of the Americas.  During his tenure, Business Objects defined and led the Business Intelligence category before being acquired by SAP for $6.8 billion.

Jon serves on the board of directors for Host Analytics, the leading provider of on-demand corporate and financial performance management solutions.

Owen Nisbett - Chief Financial Officer | Print |  E-mail
Owen Nisbett has been the CFO of nlyte Software since May 2005 and is responsible for nlyte Software’s finance, human resources and information technology functions. Owen has over 20 years financial experience gained from both a commercial and professional perspective.

Prior to nlyte Software, Owen was CFO at Park House Investments Limited and was also Group Chief Financial Officer of Airworks Holdings Limited, a New Zealand based aviation company. While at Airworks Holdings, Owen also held the position of CEO for their Helicopter leasing division.  Before joining Airworks Holdings, Owen worked as a senior manager in the BDO Stoy Hayward, London audit team for eight years.  Owen's clients ranged from small private companies to listed public companies.

Owen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (NZ) Degree and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
 
Robert Neave – Co-founder and Vice President of Sustainable IT Initiatives | Print |  E-mail
Robert Neave is a Co-founder and Vice President of Sustainable IT Initiatives at nlyte Software.  As a co-founder, Robert co-developed nlyte, our industry-leading data center performance management suite to address a need for solutions to help data centers make informed decisions for the planning and effective management of their assets and infrastructure.  As Vice President of Sustainable IT Initiatives for nlyte Software, Robert is responsible for developing a company wide strategy for expanding nlyte’s capabilities for improving Power Utilization Effectiveness (PUE) and reducing carbon emissions in the data center.  Robert is tasked with driving nlyte Software’s vision for enabling an environmentally responsible world – one data center at a time.

Prior to nlyte Software, Robert was Data Center Manager for UBS Investment Bank (Perot Systems Europe).  In this role he was the architect for the company’s data center management systems, data center design, business process analysis and authored the data center’s operation procedures.  Robert was also responsible for providing global project management for the rollout of these data center management solutions to UBS’s facilities in London, Switzerland, the Americas and Asia.

Robert has also worked for Equitrac UK, developing cost charge-back solutions for Legal firms throughout the United Kingdom.
 
Lee Moreton - Co-founder and Vice President of Customer Services | Print |  E-mail

Lee Moreton is the Co-founder and Vice President of Customer Services for nlyte Software.  Lee is responsible for customer support, training, consulting and customer success.  As a co-founder of nlyte Software, Lee co-developed nlyte, our leading Data Center Performance Management (DCPM) solution to address the lack of tools available to manage data centers and optimize their efficiency.  He has seven years of data center experience focusing on process automation and increasing utilization and control.

Prior to nlyte Software, Lee was Data Center Manager for UBS Investment Bank (Perot Systems Europe).  In addition to data center management, analysis and senior management reporting, he also oversaw procedure and system development for data center management processes, which was rolled out globally (London, Switzerland, Americas, and Asia).  He was also involved in the global tools steering committee for UBS.  Lee also worked as a systems analyst for NatWest Commercial Services.

Lee holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies (BMS).

 
Kelvin Clibbon - Vice President of Engineering | Print |  E-mail
Kelvin Clibbon is the Vice President of Engineering for nlyte Software.  Kelvin is responsible for overseeing nlyte Software's innovative product development team and delivering world-class, enterprise-grade technology to our global customer community.

With nearly twenty years experience creating commercial software solutions, Kelvin brings invaluable experience and leadership as we continue to scale the Company’s product development team to support our rapid growth.  Prior to joining nlyte Software, Kelvin was most recently VP, Engineering of the Infrastructure Management team at FrontRange, but has also served as VP, Engineering at Apertio, Intuwave and Clearswift.

Kelvin has a 1st Class Honors Degree in Mathematics and a PhD in Computer Science.

 
Cory Phillips - Vice President & General Manager of Americas Operations | Print |  E-mail
Cory Phillips is the Vice President and General Manager of Americas Operations at nlyte Software.  Cory is responsible for all the field marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer services functions. Cory brings more than 16 years experience in software sales and has a proven track record in executive sales positions.

Prior to nlyte Software, Cory spent 7 years as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at ProactiveNet, which produces a real-time analytics solution that detects performance abnormalities in the IT environment.  After their acquisition by BMC Software in 2007, Cory stayed to work on the successful integration into the worldwide sales team.  Cory has also held positions as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Aptia and as Divisional Vice President at Computer Associates (CA).

Cory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO.

Simon Webster is the Vice President and General Manager of EMEA Operations at nlyte Software.  Simon is responsible for all the field marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer services functions. Simon brings more than 20 years experience in enterprise software and has a proven track record in executive management.

Prior to nlyte Software, Webster was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Touchpaper, a provider of IT business and service management solutions, where he was responsible for defining, leading and executing the company's global sales strategies.  After their acquisition by Avocent in 2008, Webster stayed on to successfully integrate and run their Northern European operation.

Prior to Touchpaper, Webster was Vice President and General Manager, Northern Europe for Peregrine Systems.  During his two-year tenure, he was a key member of the executive management team and facilitated the turnaround of Peregrine Systems that led to their successful acquisition by HP in 2005.  Webster has also held a variety of global sales, sales management and general management roles at large organizations including ICL and HP.  In addition, Webster helped build Siebel Systems’ financial services business and drove the development of the Enterprise Resource Management team across EMEA.

Sandra Denton - Vice President of Channels and Alliances | Print |  E-mail
Sandra Denton is the Vice President of Channels and Alliances for nlyte Software.  Sandra is responsible for the development and success of channel partners and strategic alliances. Sandra has over 15 years of business development, channels and alliance experience in building partnerships with hardware and software vendors and resellers worldwide

Prior to nlyte Software, Sandra was responsible for managing worldwide business partners for IBM Storage and Data Services.  Prior to IBM’s acquisition of Softek, Sandra was director of Global Strategic Alliances and was responsible for managing partnerships with IBM, HDS, HP, Accenture, and regional system integrators.  Prior to Softek, Sandra was director of Strategic Alliances at SMARTS (acquired by EMC) and was responsible for managing partnerships with IBM, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Bearing Point, and regional system integrators.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lehigh University, Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Pace University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
 
Mark E. Stumm - Vice President of Product Management | Print |  E-mail

Mark Stumm is nlyte Software's Vice President of Product Management.  Mark is responsible for driving the process of collecting, analyzing and prioritizing the market requirements for nlyte Software's innovative Data Center Performance Management (DCPM) Suite and disseminating these requirements to the product development team.

Mark has 25+ years of managerial experience with technology oriented companies at the vice president or director level.  His experience includes product management and product development roles with several major U.S. and international companies, including Fujitsu Systems, OneTouch Systems and Anacomp Inc.  He was also involved in several successful startups, including eCompanies, Risk Data, Network Harmoni, Composite Optics, Hampden Group Holdings, Event Connection360 and Kintera Inc.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Coleman College.
