Rosemary L. Ripley is a Managing Director of NGEN. In addition to her Board seat at Nlyte Software, Rosemary currently sits on the boards of Bare Snacks, Soul Sprout, Zevia, and Hyla Mobile.
Prior to NGEN, Rosemary was a senior executive at Altria Group (previously Philip Morris Companies), where she was responsible for Corporate Business Development worldwide from 1990-2005. She led teams that invested heavily in emerging markets and transformed Kraft Foods with the $19 billion acquisition of Nabisco and subsequent IPO of Kraft Foods. Rosemary also played a key role in transforming Miller Brewing Company into an international enterprise with the merger with South African Breweries.
Prior to joining Altria, Rosemary was a Managing Director at Furman Selz, and a senior investment banker at L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. Previously, she worked for Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan where she supported the Senator’s work on the Committee for Environment and Public Works.
Rosemary co-founded Circle Financial Group, a multi-family office, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Yale Center for Business and the Environment. Rosemary received both her BA, cum laude, and MBA at Yale University.
