Nlyte Software provides an array of training packages to enhance your understanding of the Nlyte product and to foster product adoption and use. Our packages consist of multiple courses and are designed with the audience in mind. All sessions are designed to provide practical learning experience with real life exercises included.
Course should be administered after Nlyte installation is completed. More advanced courses are recommended after initial course lessons are mastered and applied / put to use.

This two day course will provide personnel with practical instruction and experience in using the Nlyte system. The training will cover the core Nlyte functionality that the majority of users will utilize on a regular basis. This course forms the foundation for more advanced and specialized courses available.

Nlyte Advanced
This course is designed specifically for users who will be performing more advanced Nlyte functions. The areas covered include:
- Nlyte administration capabilities including Nlyte setup, security, configuration and customization
- Importing and updating large amounts of data using the Nlyte audit edition tool and bulk data management (BDM) tools
- Floor planner creation and customization
Identifying datacenter capacity and forecasting (if licensed)

Workflow
Nlyte Workflow (formerly Control) is a web-based workflow engine that enables the modeling of complex business processes. During the Nlyte Workflow training course, attendees will learn how to model an organization’s business processes using the Nlyte Workflow process designer including: task creation, creating relationships between tasks, grouping responsibilities and managing the conditions that determine how and when a task is started and completed. After defining the business process during part one of the training course, part two will cover managing and facilitating the service requests through to completion.

This course covers the essentials of dashboard development and is designed for anyone new to Nlyte dashboard that needs guidance. After taking this course, the participants should feel comfortable in developing and updating Nlyte dashboards. The course is divided into six modules: (1) Introduction (2) Data preparation (3) Defining key business metrics (4) Dashboard design & implementation (5) Dashblocks and (6) Data Visualization.

RDBMS Reporting
This course is designed to provide an introduction to creating Nlyte reports using report builder and visual studio. Students will gain familiarization of the Nlyte data structure as well as learning to create and format simple reports which tend to be standard, scheduled and repeatable.
