Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for qualifying prospects who are interested in our Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions, and then coordinating meetings/dialogue between those prospects and our Account Executives. The SDR will reach business targets by utilizing telephone sales and written communications skills. Integrity, organization, and passion are essential for this role.

Responsible for successfully implementing Nlyte’s DCIM solution. Duties will include but are not limited to data migration, software configuration and consultancy as an Nlyte subject matter expert. The ideal Professional Services Consultant is a self-motivated, flexible, self-starter with a strong sense of accountability. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills are required- must be able to effectively communicate, share knowledge/instruction and present with confidence.
Responsible for successfully selling enterprise software solutions within the Nlyte software suite. Duties will include identifying business opportunities within your assigned territory; navigating complex sales scenarios from both an end user perspective as well as through our channel partner program, the ability to effectively communicate Nlyte’s value add message to our customers, giving impactful presentations; preparing formal proposals; negotiations within a complex decision-making process; and overcoming objections to close sales. The Sales Representative is an expert in our field keeping up on trends in the industry and maintaining a strong knowledge of offered solutions and upholding software and team objectives through internal communication.
