President and Chief Executive Officer
Doug Sabella is the President and CEO of Nlyte Software with over 25 years of experience in growing and leading private and public software companies. Doug is responsible for setting the company direction and business strategy.
Doug joined Nlyte from Dialogic Corporation where he served as President and COO. Prior to joining Dialogic via acquisition in 2010, Doug was the President and CEO of Veraz Networks which he joined in 2004 and led to a successful IPO in 2007. Mr. Sabella also served as chief operating officer of Tumbleweed Communications Corp., and served as the president and chief executive officer of Bidcom. Mr. Sabella began his technology career at Lucent Technologies and held various senior management positions including President of its Octel Messaging Division and VP of its OSS Software Business Unit.
Doug holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Hofstra University.
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management
Robert Neave is a Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management at Nlyte Software. As a co-founder, Robert co-developed Nlyte, our industry-leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM) suite to address a need for solutions to help data centers make informed decisions for the planning and effective management of their assets and infrastructure. As Chief Technology Officer, Robert is responsible for developing new technology for Nlyte. As Vice President of Product Management, Robert is responsible for setting and driving product strategy.
Prior to Nlyte Software, Robert was Data Center Manager for UBS Investment Bank (Perot Systems Europe). In this role he was the architect for the company’s data center management systems, data center design, business process analysis and authored the data center’s operation procedures. Robert was also responsible for providing global project management for the rollout of these data center management solutions to UBS’s facilities in London, Switzerland, the Americas and Asia.
Robert has also worked for Equitrac UK, developing cost charge-back solutions for Legal firms throughout the United Kingdom.
Chief Operating Officer
Niraj Desai is the Chief Operating Officer for Nlyte Software. Niraj is responsible for the pre-sales, service delivery, and product and customer support teams. He has 20+ years of industry experience, with a focus in developing and deploying solutions for global enterprise customers around data center services, with emphasis on data and information management.
Prior to Nlyte Software, Niraj was a strategy executive for storage services at IBM. Niraj has also held positions as the Vice President of Field Engineering and Channel Alliances at Softek, Managing Director at International Network Services where he was responsible for services in Network and Systems management, Network Infrastructure, Storage, and Security. Before joining INS, Niraj served as Vice President of Technical Services for Predictive Systems, a worldwide services company focus on Network Management, Network Infrastructure Design, and Network Security Services.
Mr. Desai holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, and is a member of the Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Mark Gaydos leads worldwide marketing strategy and execution and oversees a team dedicated to showing the world how Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) helps people do their jobs more effectively while also providing significant business value to an organization.
Gaydos has more than twenty years of enterprise software marketing experience helping technology companies establish leadership and rapidly grow revenue. He previously served as the SVP of marketing at Engine Yard and has held a variety of executive marketing roles at enterprise companies such as Oracle, SAP and Comergent.
Gaydos has an M.B.A. in management science from San Diego State University and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Chief Strategy Officer
Enzo Greco is Chief Strategy Officer for Nlyte Software, where he has responsibility for setting Nlyte’s strategy and direction based on market trends and dynamics, partnerships and adjacent markets. He has deep knowledge of software and the Data Center market; his current focus is on Colocation Providers, Hybrid Cloud implementations and applying Analytics overall to Critical Infrastructure, Data Center and Application Performance Management markets.
Most recently, Enzo was the VP and GM for Software within Emerson Network Power, where he was responsible for the entire Data Center software portfolio, from strategy to development to deployment. While at Emerson, he aggressively repositioned the portfolio and strategy, and led the transition efforts for Software as Emerson Network Power was sold to Platinum Equity.
Enzo started his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he was part of the software research group and one of the original founders of the TUXEDO System, an enterprise grade transaction processing system; he received a fellowship for this work.
After AT&T Bell Laboratories, Enzo transitioned to Wall Street where he ran a software market and strategy consultancy with blue-chip clients ranging from Goldman Sachs to AIG. During this period, he founded several companies, the largest of which, Planetworks, was acquired by IBM in April, 1999.
Enzo then worked in IBM’s headquarters for 14 years, where he was heavily involved in IBM’s entering and growing several key markets, including Portal, Business Process Management and Smarter Commerce.
Enzo has a BS from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY and an MS from Stanford University in Stanford, CA.
Chief Financial Officer
Owen Nisbett has been the CFO of Nlyte Software since May 2005 and is responsible for Nlyte Software’s finance, human resources and information technology functions. Owen has over 20 years financial experience gained from both a commercial and professional perspective.
Prior to Nlyte Software, Owen was CFO at Park House Investments Limited and was also Group Chief Financial Officer of Airworks Holdings Limited, a New Zealand based aviation company. While at Airworks Holdings, Owen also held the position of CEO for their Helicopter leasing division. Before joining Airworks Holdings, Owen worked as a senior manager in the BDO Stoy Hayward, London audit team for eight years. Owen’s clients ranged from small private companies to listed public companies.
Owen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (NZ) Degree and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Chief Information Officer
Andy Redfern is the Chief Information Officer at Nlyte Software and leads the IT Infrastructure Team responsible for IT Service Delivery, Security and support of Internal IT Systems and delivery of Infrastructure to support Nlyte Software’s SaaS offering.
Andy has been with Nlyte Software since 2006 and has more than 20 years of IT experience supporting and growing IT Infrastructure to enable companies to achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to Nlyte Software, Andy worked for Motorola, Centrica PLC and Motability Finance in a variety of Technical and Managerial roles.
Vice President of Channels and Alliances
Sandra Denton is the Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Nlyte Software. Sandra is responsible for the development and success of channel partners and strategic alliances. Sandra has over 20 years of business development, channels and alliance experience in building partnerships with hardware and software vendors and resellers worldwide.
Prior to Nlyte Software, Sandra was responsible for managing worldwide business partners for IBM Storage and Data Services. Prior to IBM’s acquisition of Softek, Sandra was director of Global Strategic Alliances and was responsible for managing partnerships with IBM, HDS, HP, Accenture, and regional system integrators. Prior to Softek, Sandra was director of Strategic Alliances at SMARTS (acquired by EMC) and was responsible for managing partnerships with IBM, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Bearing Point, and regional system integrators. Sandra is one of CRN’s Women of the Channel for 2012 & 2013 and Channel Chief for 2014.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lehigh University, Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Pace University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Vice President of Engineering
Phil Kelly is the Vice President of Engineering at Nlyte Software having worked in the software development space for over 15 years. Phil leads Nlyte’s software engineering group and is responsible for delivering the company’s industry-leading, world-class DCIM product line.
Phil was most recently the Director of Engineering within Nlyte responsible for delivering enhanced functionality and systems architecture and has been with Nlyte since 2007. Prior to that, Phil led the software engineering team to define, develop and implement custom software solutions at Retail Answers, a retail systems consultancy, from 2004 to 2007. Phil has a BSc. (hons.) in Computer Science from Huddersfield University.
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
David is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales with over 20 years of experience in growing and managing the sales of technology, network and application management software, and storage software vendors. David is responsible for Nlyte’s sales revenue and growth. David most recently ran one of the Federal vertical markets (DOD and Intel) for CA Technologies from 2010-2013 where his product line set included network, application, and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions. From 2005 through 2009, David held sales management roles that included VP of Sales for Americas at Softek (acquired by IBM), and VP of Americas sales at Plasmon (acquired by Alliance Storage). Prior to that, he served as the SVP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Entuity. David also served as the Director of Federal and South East Sales for Smarts (Acquired by EMC). David holds a BS in Business Management from Strayer University. David is also a Veteran of the United States Navy where he served on board the ship USS America.
Vice President of Engineering, New Products and Markets
Tim is responsible for expanding the industry leading capabilities of the core Nlyte products into new and exciting verticals and for creating new complementary product suites to launch Nlyte into the upper echelons of the software industry.
Before joining the FieldView team, Mr. Regovich was Principal Architect at LiquidHub, Inc where he led process adoption for managing global IT delivery. Among other positions, Tim was SOA Architect, and led a global delivery team across multiple work streams to deliver an integrated solution for a large health care insurer. He has also served as Chief Architect for a media delivery start up company.
Tim’s experience is wide and various, having worked in companies as different as Jacksonville Energy Authority, the City of New York’s Department of Justice, Lockheed Martin, a media company, and several pharmaceutical giants. As a Software Architect, Systems Architect or Chief Architect, Tim has a proven record of outstanding leadership, creative problem solving and delivering solutions that integrate technical innovation with business process.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Vice President Customer Support
Russ Webb is responsible for customer support, ensuring that the needs of our customers are satisfied in a timely and professional manner. Russ has over 20 years of experience in the industry, having held leadership roles in Operations, Project Management, and Product Development.
Russ works with his team to present the customer with a positive experience, both in product and personal interactions; therefore, Russ makes sure he is informed and seeks feedback from customers throughout the project, not only at completion.
Most recently, as COO at FieldView Solutions, Russ led the knowledgeable and tireless field engineering group and was responsible for all installation and service of the FieldView product, as well as customer satisfaction. Russ places the satisfaction of the customer as top priority and makes it his goal to build strong and trustworthy relationships with those we serve.
Prior to FieldView Solutions, Russ was with TAC Americas, Inc and Trane as Operations Manager and, among other leadership positions, spent ten successful years with the facilities service giant Johnson Controls.
